Ester Mason’s 100th Birthday

Family and friends joined Ester Mason, Sr., as he celebrated his 100th
birthday. A honorary drive thru took place Wed., Nov. 25, 2020, at Norris
Avenue Missionary Baptist Church’s Family Life Center, where his sonin-
law Ricky Dugger is senior pastor. Mason, who continues to serve as
deacon at Norris Ave. for over 27 years, has spent many years in church,
civc and community activities throughout the Mid-South. Mason and his
wife of 65 years, Hazel Wright Mason, parented 14 children.
